Pratibha Kamble, LCSW

Pratibha brings more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field and works with adolescents and adults seeking meaningful, lasting change. She has supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and believes that healing is most effective when therapy looks at the whole person—personal history, beliefs, environment, and current life stressors—rather than symptoms alone.

Pratibha’s approach is grounded in the belief that growth and transformation are possible through intentional action, consistency, and compassionate self-reflection. She works collaboratively with clients, tailoring treatment to their unique needs while helping them build practical skills they can carry into everyday life.

She has particular experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, self-esteem concerns, family and relationship challenges, domestic violence, and behavioral difficulties. Pratibha draws from strength-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with an emphasis on mindfulness, radical acceptance, and effective problem-solving.

Clients who work with Pratibha often appreciate her steady, supportive style and her focus on helping them translate insight into real-world change. Her work is especially well-suited for individuals who are ready to engage actively in therapy and invest in building resilience, balance, and long-term emotional wellness.
